Anies Submits APBD 2018 to DPRD

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan submits regulation draft (raperda) related to City Budget (APBD) 2018 directly to City Council (DPRD) Chairman through plenary meeting.

Current RAPBD is increasing 9.86 percent than last APBD in 2017 which is Rp 70.19 trillion

In his speech, he mentioned that executives and legislative have agreed total City Budget Draft (RAPBD) 2018 by Rp 77.11 trillion.

"Current RAPBD is increasing 9.86 percent than last APBD in 2017 which is Rp 70.19 trillion," he said at City Council's Plenary Meeting Room, Wednesday (11/15).

Anies Relieved KUA-PPAS 2018 Ratification Has Went Well

According to him, higher RAPD 2018 value is also affected from rising in local tax and retribution with intensification and extensification mechanisms. For its implementation, his side will optimize local tax revenue through online system.

Then, updating tax objects, collecting receivables tax, installing sticker and signpost for deliquent taxpayers, optimizing service by adding more mobile Samsat cars and sub-district Samsat, optimizing e-Samsat implementation, and adjusting several types of taxes.

"For local financing policy, it is planned to use remaining budget financing (SiLPA) in 2017 and loan disbursement to MRT project for revenue sources of financing," he added.

Meanwhile, he continued, financing expenses will be allocated for mass transportation procurement in order to handle traffic jam and infrastructure project tasks. Especially for Asian Games 2018 support projects and repayment for matured principal debt.  

"I hope this explanation is able to help in fraction and commission meetings discussion. Thus council can consider RAPBD 2018 to be approved as local regulation," he closed.
